Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL since all items are custom. If we have made a mistake on your item or if you receive your item damaged, please notify us within three business days of receiving the item. We will work with you on providing a replacement. All damaged or incorrect items will require a photograph for our records.

Shipping Policy

Most items ship within 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Please contact us if you need an item by a particular date. BSS cannot guarantee an arrival time once it leaves our shop.
